The hotel with nicely furnished and brand-new rooms, in a very very nice area, by Kari in the Cafe. Comfy beds, a laptop-compatible safe, flat-screen TV, and a microwave in the room.

Fairly clean accommodation, excellent and extremely friendly staff with quick service. Very nice clean building and rooms with the king bed. Lots of outstanding food.

There were good sized and reasonably priced rooms where my belongings were held. The hotel location was great and unbeatable so close to everything including Starbucks. Plus, it was adjacent to a conference center, the surrounding areas, and dining options.

Everyone was best and super-friendly. The restaurant was nice especially at the bar and restaurant here, I had excellent dishes. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge were an advantage. The service was great during my stay.

The value for money at Four Points was great, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, from the front desk to the restaurant. The gym and pool were excellent amenities.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, as it was just typical and nothing special.

I have no complaints about this place as it fulfilled all my requirements, and I would highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location just off the highway and near all the action in midtown. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making the check-in process a breeze. The basic amenities provided were all in good condition and the rooms, whether on the 1st floor, top floor, or second floor, were comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast options available.

the fact that my room was not ready until late in the afternoon the front desk staff (rozena) was ruid and if i didn't have to stay because i had to cancel the day before i wouldn't. she worked all around me example helping others instead of booking or making my stay pleasant she checked serval people out while handling my check in because they didn't receieve a receipt horrable.

Spotless room with working air conditioner and bottled water, for instance as expected.

I had a great experience staying at the Four Points By Sheraton Little Rock Midtown. The location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants, medical facilities, and activities in the area. The staff was top-notch, providing efficient service from the moment of arrival to departure. The hotel's restaurant served outstanding meals and there were plenty of great services available.

We had a very very good stay in our a nice size room with a view. The service was excellent, including the good onsite restaurant.
